北美中文网专题报道（记者闻笛） 最近，北美中文网上一则题为《与女友告吹，联名买的房产怎么办？》的帖子，引发网友热议。事件源于一对未婚情侣，此前曾联合出资购买新房，作为这对情侣和男方父母的共同居所。而新居所的首付款由男方父母卖掉其原有旧房所得提供，男女情侣共同承担月还款，但两人稍后感情宣告破裂，此时房产价值虽然上涨，但男女当事人亦无法卖掉房产，进行财产分配。加之双方当事人事前全凭口头约定，因此即便想要诉诸法律解决，也是难题多多。
